BELLE ROTH, has an economics degree and holds an associate marketing director role for a multi-national corporation.
Being exposed to art and travel at a young age transformed into how she sees the world. She learned early that there are lots of things that you don’t learn in business school, such as empathy towards other people and sensitivity to the unspoken words.
Her purpose and passion is to use art as a platform to help others in a more meaningful and positive way.
Recognized for her signature textured art and mark making, her work has been exhibited in key cities in Europe and major international art fairs (Art Basel Miami/Red Dot Miami, Art Expo New York, Rome Art Week, Paris Art Week. Affordable Art Fair New York and Fira Internacional d'Art de Barcelona) where majority of proceeds were donated to charity.
Today, she lives in Memphis Tennessee while juggling a full-time career, navigating her artistic journey collaborating with galleries, interior designers and decorators while assisting her husband with his charitable endeavors.

ARTIST STATEMENT
My work is inspired by architecture; simple lines that do not conform to standard design or configuration. My compositions are intentionally deconstructed to obtain a multifaceted characteristic; each exploring different experiences and cultures that have inspired my brush. I unveil my life experiences through my interpretation of colors, textures, and details.
I create my style of work by infusing acrylic paint with mixed-media techniques, all with consideration of the environment that surrounds me, including influential elements from my Southeast Asian roots.

Belle Roth explores human interconnection through her use of color, light, and architectural influences. Roth's compositions are rooted in abstraction; deconstructed forms are unearthed and highlighted by both line and shape that coincide with shimmering gold, neutral color fields, and vibrant accent hues.Simple lines and organic form take the forefront, remaining unedited to reflect the moment of their creation.
To create her pieces, Roth vigorously applies textured acrylics, spray paints, and gold leaf using several different techniques. Her works draw in elements from her Southeast Asian roots and celebrate joyous, unexplored opportunities. Roth creates powerful narratives centered around family, community, equality, overcoming adversity, and collective capabilities with hopes of sharing her perspective in the pursuit of a better world.
